Role Description This is a casual remote role for a Work Placement Trainer / Assessor in Pathology Collection.
The trainer / assessor will be responsible for overseeing student work placements, providing guidance and support to students, and assessing their competencies in pathology collection.
This includes creating training plans, conducting assessments, providing feedback, and maintaining accurate records of student progress.
The role also involves liaising with clinical partners, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a positive learning environment.
