The Role

We are currently seeking a positive and resourceful Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney Team in this varied and flexible role.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast paced and dynamic industry with a reputable blue-collar focused business. Working with a team of experienced colleagues and able to work autonomously in this role will enable you to further develop your skills within a vast array of industry sectors, resourcing, recruiting & managing accounts for a wide variety of customers and job types.

Key Responsibilities
Writing job adverts and advertising online
Conducting and recording reference checks
Managing relationships with clients hiring & line managers
Effective database management
Data entry and compliance duties
Promoting a positive safety culture across the business
Skills and Experience

Previous experience in the labour hire or recruitment sectors
