Materialised is a renowned provider of high-performance furnishing têxtiles, wall covering and acoustic solutions to the very best practitioners in Interior Design & Architecture, Hospitality and Healthcare, in projects across Australasia and beyond. For 42 years, Materialised has offered innovative solutions with the purpose of "making a difference by doing things differently".

It is an incredibly exciting time to be part of Materialised as we pioneer cutting edge printing technology and develop international partnerships to deliver exclusive product to the Australasian market.

Add to that a new website and CRM system and the framework is there to power us into the next growth phase.

**So, who do we need to help get us there?**

We need an energetic, dynamic, self-motivated leader who can work with our long-established sales team across remote offices in Australia and New Zealand. Monthly sales meetings, led by you, are conducted by Teams to keep everyone connected and informed. The new Head of Sales will champion team engagement and is hungry to help the team hit budgets.

**You will bring**
- Leadership expertise to maximise team potential
- B2B sales training expertise such as DIPADA or SPIN, and ideas for new programs and team refresher courses when required
- Ability to travel to our Design Studios in Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, and Auckland
- History of setting and attaining performance KPI's
- Team forecasting expertise and report delivery for Management
- Ability to develop and nurture key client relationships to help grow relationships with key government agencies etc.
- A hunger for industry knowledge and to help distribute information to the team for business development and growth
- Networking skills and to attend industry events with the sales team
- Skills in maximising lead generation such as BCI
- Skills in utilising CRM programs. HubSpot ideal but Salesforce and Zoho experience also beneficial.
- Ability to work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop sales tools such as presentations.
- HR skills to support your team (supported by an external HR company)
- Enthusiasm, and excitement about our industry
