**The Advisor (Planning and Performance) provides high-quality support to Translink Division by performing duties relating to compliance reporting, governance, corporate correspondence and risk management to contribute to the achievement of objectives of the Department of Transport and Main Roads.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Lead the creation, coordination, and upkeep of performance reports and dashboards managed by the Planning and Performance team. This includes leveraging data analytics skills and business intelligence tools to extract actionable insights, monitor key performance indicators, and drive data-driven decision-making processes.
- Coordinate divisional corporate measure reporting activities, including the annual review of measure definitions and quarterly reporting of measure results to senior management to assist monitoring of performance and ensure legislative reporting requirements are met.
- Coordinate division-wide input to departmental compliance reports, including the Service Delivery Statements and Annual Report, within required timeframes and ensuring accuracy and consistency of responses in accordance with whole-ofgovernment standards.
- Support the maintenance of the Divisional Risk Register, including strategic, high level operational, WH&S and fraud risks; and assist quarterly risk reporting activities to monitor progress of risk treatments and changes in divisional risk exposure.
- Build strong relationships and establish networks with internal and external stakeholders, including management to ensure timely provision of accurate information, coordination of quality input, resolution of issues and the effective delivery of reporting and risk management activities within the division.
