Your opportunity As a Casual Carer at Jean Ross House in South Nowra, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care that supports our residents to live with dignity and purpose.
By attending to residents' physical and emotional wellbeing, you will enhance their independence and quality of life.

A proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to support others.A commitment to working collaboratively with colleagues and families.To thrive in this role, you will need: A Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent qualification, or a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.The ability to work independently, and as a team in a fast-paced environment.A willingness to learn and grow through ongoing training and development.You will also have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Basic computing skills to manage care documentation and communications.Experience using mobility aids and assisting with daily living activities.Why Anglicare Sydney?
