As a carer you'll get to know your residents and their needs and preferences during your shifts.
Availability for night shifts highly desirable.Duties May IncludeAssistance with a wide range of person centred care in accordance with care plansAssistance with medicationSimple wound dressingAssistance with activities under supervisionWorking with each resident to continue to do the things they loveSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience as a Carer (desirable)Transferable skills in providing care and compassion to othersCertificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (desirable)OR willing to complete Certificate- Traineeships on offer to eligible candidatesWe encourage Nursing students to applyWillingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check or provide current NDIS Worker screening clearanceAbout UsWe are proud to be part of the merged care organisation that will be known nationally as BaptistCare.
