**About the Role**:
My client is currently seeking an enterprising Occupational Hygienist / Licensed Asbestos Assessor (5 years' experience) in either the Sydney or Newcastle office.
- Willing and able to undertake a range of field work activities including:

- Respirable dust and silica monitoring;
- Noise assessments (dosimetry and mapping);
- Asbestos / HAZMAT Surveys;
- Air monitoring and clearance inspections;
- Other OH, Contaminated Site Assessment and associated work as required.
- Able to write technical reports of high quality.
- Effective communication skills.
- Committed to training and processional development.
- Thrives in a supportive, team-based environment;
- Adaptable, dependable, optimistic, creative, respectful.

**About You**:
The successful applicant will have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to excel in a team environment. You will be a keen learner with a positive, can-do attitude who enjoys working outdoors and is comfortable working independently, including in semi-remote and / or rural locations from time-to-time. The applicant must also hold a current valid full driver licence (Class C).

**Education/Qualifications**:

- Occupational Hygiene degree (or Science / Engineering degree with OH training / experience);
- Licensed Asbestos Assessor.
