- The Talent and Engagement team is a group of high performing professionals that are strongly connected to each other and the broader business. This team thrives by constantly innovating and delivering valued work whilst having fun and being supported by a leader who gives them autonomy to reach higher every day.**What you'll be doing**
- As a part time Talent Management and Analytics Manager working for Kmart three days per week you will:
- Partner with the People & Capability function and senior leaders across the Kmart Group to design, develop, and implement highly effective and measurable performance solutions that align to Kmart's broader people strategy and values
- Use your strong data analytical skills to shape and inform the future of work across the Talent and Engagement team by providing meaningful insights and recommendations
- Engage and co-ordinate cross-functional stakeholder groups to execute key Talent and Engagement programs and projects, as well as provide ongoing support and expert advice as needed
**To be successful in this role you'll have**:
- A curious mind and strong data analytic experience, that enables you to successfully work on interesting problems and conceptual programs of work across the team
- A good understanding of BI tools and data visualisation (e.g. Power BI) and experience with SAP SuccessFactors will be highly regarded
- Relevant depth and breadth of experience in a similar role within a HR or OD function, with a minimum of five years' experience
- Experience in project/program management, design and delivery of performance and development planning, within a large, complex global organisation
- The ability to manage high volumes of work, with competing deadlines and requirements for multiple projects to be delivered in short time frames
- Proven experience in coaching, challenging and educating business leaders in how they can drive talent and employee engagement within their function
