**The opportunity to join our team**
- As the Marketing Technology Strategist, you will lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance customer lifecycle campaigns across all channels. You'll be accountable for the strategic growth of B2C and B2B units by leveraging digital marketing across paid media and developing the Martech strategy in alignment with customer goals. You will drive adoption of Martech capabilities, optimise conversion rates through personalisation, SEM, SEO and digital marketing and manage key relationships with technology vendors to ensure commercial value.
- Your role includes building strong internal and external relationships to optimise performance, creating and managing measurement frameworks and scorecards, and overseeing budget and financial forecasting. You'll lead a high-performing team culture focused on recognition, development, and collaboration, while managing risks and ensuring the marketing strategy is forward-thinking and aligned with emerging trends and regulatory requirements.

**What you will bring**- Tertiary qualified in marketing or related business discipline essential- Minimum 10+ years senior leadership experience in a marketing-related function across multi-channel, multi-brand portfolios and through significant transformational change essential- Exceptional digital marketing and performance media leader with proven ability to drive scaled quality customer acquisition via a multi-channel approach- Deep knowledge of the latest mar/ad tech including Adobe, Google, Salesforce, and tagging strategies- Experience within a transformation business or leading a digital transformation program with proven growth outcomes- Superior understanding of digital optimisation strategies and industry topics relating to data and personalisation- Data-driven thinker with proven ability to scale contextual experiences and personalisation at scale- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, creativity, and relationship management skills to drive business outcomes
