**About the Role**
Kapital has been engaged by a leading superannuation funds management organisation to assist in the search for a **head of digital services**. The role can be **based in Melbourne or Sydney.** This is a **newly created role** and will play a huge part in the execution of the **new strategic technology roadmap** for the business over the next 3yrs and will be a **pivotal part of the technology leadership team**. You should have a track record of standing up a digital delivery capability within a financial organisation and ideally within buy side funds, superannuation or investment firms.

**Technical Requirements**
- Own the internal and external digital and product service offerings, digital and product transformation, operations, digitisation and optimisation
- Ideally would have a track record and recent Financial Services experience which could be across: Buy-Side Funds, Investments, Banking, Superannuation, Retirements, Wealth, Annuities.*
- Great understanding of the future for digital in the above industries.
- **Manage a sizeable team of 50+ staff with annual financial capex of over $20M.**
- Ability to work autonomously within your field, develop your team, take them and the company on a digital and product modernisation journey and be accountable for delivery and leadership.
- A versatile pragmatist who can bring the ability to influence senior business and technology stakeholders
- Experienced running customer and client workshops
- Offer new cutting edge digital product offerings to customers.
