**The opportunity**

We're looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to take charge of our digital channel across home, motor, motorcycle, and CTP (Compulsory Third Party) insurance products. As **Head of Digital**, you'll be responsible for driving digital sales, operational performance, and customer experience across all digital touchpoints. This is a high-impact role where you'll lead a talented team of digital product owners and UX designers, working collaboratively across the business to deliver innovative, data-driven, and customer-centric digital solutions.

**Your new role**

In this role, you will:

- Develop and execute a digital strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Lead digital product management and UX design to deliver seamless, high-performing digital journeys.
- Use data and analytics to inform decisions and continuously improve digital performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, particularly in CTP and general insurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, risk, compliance, finance, legal, marketing, claims, and product.
- Monitor and manage digital sales performance and operational metrics to ensure efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
- Champion a customer-first approach and support agile delivery squads aligned with business priorities.

A visionary digital leader with a strong commercial mindset and hands-on technical drive, constantly pushing the boundaries of innovation. You bring:

- A strong passion for customer excellence
- Proven digital leadership experience, ideally in financial services or insurance
- Strong track record in digital product management and agile delivery
- Deep expertise in digital channels, UX design, and product management
- Solid understanding of insurance products including home, motor, motorcycle, and CTP
- Commercially savvy with a data-driven, customer-focused mindset
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities
- Adaptable self-starter with structured project management skills in fast-paced, agile environments
