**About the Client**

Our client is an ever-growing Australian fashion brand, focusing on men and women's apparel. With global followings, our client is recognized to be the ultimate streetwear brand, building on inclusivity for EVERY body and EVERY person.

**Your New Role**

As Head of Digital, the role will be responsible for the growth of the business online, having knowledge of the entire digital retail landscape. Take pride in working for a well-loved global brand and be at the forefront of trends and new technologies in the market

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Lead the development of omnichannel strategy as well as 3rd party eCommerce platforms
- Direct the internal team and performance marketing agencies in multiple markets across all channels
- Lead strategic thinking through external market and competitor analysis of industry developments and innovation in the eCommerce channels
- Assist with the direction and implementation of all product and online assets to achieve growth and profitability targets

**About You**:

- 8-10 years of apparel/footwear or beauty relevant business leadership experience
- Expertise in leading, working and communication with multicultural teams
- Ability to lead and influence cross functional and global geographical teams
- Excellent communication skills with a proven track record presenting and directing to cross-functional teams
