**About the role**:
Based in Tingalpa, Brisbane this is a diverse and exciting Retail Operations / Buying / Ecommerce Specialist opportunity for a motivated and passionate people leader who has a desire to take their career to the next level. We are seeking an individual who loves working in a casual fun atmosphere and has the drive to lead a well backed brand from launch date. Ideally, you will thrive in an online retail environment and draw upon your knowledge of end-to-end retail operations. From Social Media to Buying, Merchandising (events, promotional activities, etc.) and Operations (stock flow, inbound & outbound goods, etc) you will spearhead this business and reap rapid career growth and profit share rewards.

**Skills & Responsibilities**:

- An extensive background working within fashion eCommerce management, trading platforms and online merchandising
- Demonstrated experience in successfully exceeding online sales targets
- Strong people management & leadership experience, mentoring & supporting your team to success
- Strong recruitment experience, hire the team as the brand grows
- Previous experience within Fashion & Apparel, specialising in female fashion
- Up to date knowledge of eCommerce industry trends, as well as wider understanding of optimising all other digital channels
- A highly analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
- Genuine passion for your work and an ambition to elevate the platform and its success
- Strong reporting and presentation skills, reporting to the Director as the head of brand
