We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Coordinator to join our team at Melton Physiotherapy & Sports Medicine Clinic. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our clinic, ensuring a high standard of patient care and efficient administrative processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage daily administrative operations.
- Coordinate patient appointments and manage scheduling.
- Supervise and support administrative staff.
- Ensure accurate and efficient patient records management.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist in the implementation of clinic policies and procedures.
- Manage billing, invoicing, and other financial transactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in a clinic or similar environment is essential.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week
