Job Overview
Lead retail stores to new heights by growing sales, developing high-performing teams and managing store operations with accountability and attention to detail.

The Role Responsibilities:
Develop a positive customer experience through excellent communication and coaching skills.
Manage store operations efficiently, maintaining exceptional presentation and brand standards.
Requirements for Success:
A strong leadership background in a fast-paced retail environment.
Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays).
Strong communication and coaching abilities.
Experience in managing high-performing teams.
