
Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for retaining and growing revenue from a strong customer portfolio, as well as seeking new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to deliver required revenue and margin growth.
- Effectively execute sales plans to ensure key activities and growth targets are achieved on a daily basis.
- Secure new customers who have not previously engaged with the company.
- Upsell additional category extensions to an existing client portfolio.
- Retain customers, build long-term and credible relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Prepare and present business solutions and reviews with clients.
- Activate and engage end users/buyers in the existing customer base.
- Strong business acumen and relationship management/account management skills.
- Demonstrable record of success in B2B solutions and portfolio sales.
- Enthusiastic and always hungry to strive for more.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Can work autonomously.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver high-impact proposals to a diverse audience.
