About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Interior Design Sales Support professional to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about design, interiors, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and merchandising teams to support customer inquiries, prepare quotes, and process orders efficiently.
  • Work with the Merchandising team to create engaging displays that showcase product ranges and launch new collections.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of sales tools, templates, and processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products to provide accurate information and inspire confidence in clients.
  • Liaise with clients to answer queries, provide updates, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the team with data entry, record-keeping, reporting, and other administrative duties to support overall business operations.
Requirements

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks with a positive attitude.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong sense of aesthetics and creativity in display or presentation work.

Prior experience in a sales support, retail merchandising, or design-related role is an advantage.
