**Your day to day**

As the Assistant Project Coordinator, your new role will see you immerse yourself in the highly collaborative Cyber Demand team and:

- Provide a range of administrative and support services to support our growing team
- Provide logistics support to ensure meetings, training activities and events are effectively organised and the required technology is provided
- Adhere to effective risk management processes to successfully identify, assess, document and mitigate potential project risks, issues and constraints
- Provide administrative guidance to others in the team on an ad-hoc basis
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
- Assist to onboard new employees by making sure they are equipped with the right tools and technology

**About you**

To be successful you will have demonstrated experience in supporting teams, projects and maintaining databases. You will also be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise. You will also have:

- Ability to manage and adapt to multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- You will be outcome focused with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with a range of key stakeholders
- You will be a multitasker with a real eye for detail who can prioritise the workload while juggling competing deadlines
- Curious learner who can pick up new systems quickly
- Resourceful in finding information, taking ownership of challenges and planning ahead
- Working knowledge of finance processes, procurement and reporting are highly regarded

Salary Grade 5/6, with the base salary for this role starting at $81457 base plus superannuation and leave loading.
