Our commitment to excellence has earned us a strong reputation, and we're now seeking a driven and results-focused **Commercial Sales Representative** to help grow our portfolio of commercial clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively pursue new commercial pest control accounts through cold outreach, networking, and inbound lead conversion
- Provide quotes, conduct site inspections, and prepare tailored pest management proposals
- Maintain client relationships and support the operations team in delivering high-quality service
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and report performance metrics to management

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience in B2B field sales - experience in pest control, hygiene services, or facilities management is highly regarded
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mindset and ability to work independently
- Professional presentation and confidence in dealing with a range of commercial clients
- Valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to client sites as required
