This is a diverse, hands-on role spanning installation and measurement of staircases.
It's ideal for tradespeople seeking stability and clear career pathways with professional development.
What You'll Do
Conduct accurate on-site staircase measurements for residential builds
Perform quality control checks on completed installations
Liaise with builders and site supervisors to resolve technical and design issues
Ensure clear, accurate documentation using digital tools
Install staircases and balustrades across Sydney Metro & surrounds
What We're Looking For
Trade qualification: Carpentry, Joinery, or Cabinetmaking (essential)
Experience in 2nd fix carpentry or cabinet making; staircase experience preferred, not essential
White Card, Driver's Licence, and suitable vehicle
Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
