What You'll Do- Conduct accurate on-site staircase measurements for residential builds
- Perform quality control checks on completed installations
- Liaise with builders and site supervisors to resolve technical and design issues
- Ensure clear, accurate documentation using digital tools
- Install staircases and balustrades across Sydney Metro & surrounds
- Trade qualification: Carpentry, Joinery, or Cabinetmaking (essential)
- Experience in 2nd fix carpentry or cabinet making; staircase experience preferred, not essential
- White Card, Driver's Licence, and suitable vehicle
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
- On-the-job training provided by our supportive and high-performing team
