Lead Technical Training Specialist, Tax
Ensure that learning content remains up-to-date, relevant and tuned into our clients' evolving needs and circumstances.
Manage and produce technical training materials internally and for clients to establish the firm as a tax technical thought leader.
Oversee and participate in the creation, delivery and continuous optimisation of technical training to our Tax team nationally.
This role would suit an individual with experience in a Chartered Accounting firm and skills in creating engaging training programs.
As a key member of the Tax team, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy that enhances the knowledge and skills of our Tax professionals.
You will work closely with senior leaders to identify training needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that are tailored to the needs of our Tax professionals.
With your expertise and passion for teaching and learning, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our Tax practice.
