Job Title:
Expert Tax TrainerGrant Thornton Australia is a leading accounting and advisory firm, seeking a highly skilled Expert Tax Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Tax Service Line, you will play a vital role in delivering training programs that meet the needs of our tax professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and Learning & Development teams to design and deliver high-quality training programs.
- Develop and manage training schedules, ensuring timely delivery of training sessions.
- Curate knowledge libraries to provide easy access to relevant training materials for tax team members.
- Lead national training projects as required, preparing project reports and status updates.
- A qualified chartered accountant with significant client-facing tax experience (5 years postgraduate experience).
- Proven experience in managing technical development programs or similar roles.
- Excellent analytical skills, including gap analysis to align technical competencies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders on training needs.
