Tax Training Specialist

The Role:
National Technical Training Director, TaxWe are seeking a National Technical Training Director to oversee the creation, delivery and continuous optimisation of technical training to our Tax team nationally. This role would suit an individual from a Chartered Accounting background with comparable technical and training experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate timely and relevant training programs addressing Tax technical training needs by level and market.
- Manage national technical training schedule ensuring training is appropriately delivered and received by relevant stakeholders.
- Curate and manage a knowledge library to ensure easy access to contemporary training tools by Tax team members.
- Lead national training projects as required preparing project/business initiative reports and status updates.
Requirements:
- A qualified chartered accountant with significant client-facing tax experience (>5 years postgraduate experience).
- Experience (or demonstrated interest in) managing a holistic technical development program.
- Ability to critically analyse technical materials and programs and conduct gap analyses to align with technical competencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise with key stakeholders on training needs.
