**About the company**
Our client is a leading international PACS provider in the Health Industry with over 1,000 employees across the globe, their goal is to create a healthier and safer society. With a recently secured government contract, they're growing locally and are offering a great opportunity to join a high performing team.
**About the role**
In this exciting role, you will support the Sales team in driving revenue and increasing market share. Your goal will be to make products accessible to more healthcare providers and therefore more patients.
Your aim is to optimize customers' use of different solutions to their best advantage. This include responsibilities such as:
- Assist with and produce product tender responses in line with the sales funnel and active opportunities.
- Take ownership and responsibility for the demonstration kits including management and configuration.
- Perform sales demonstrations in line with customer requirements and in conjunction with salesperson responsible.
- Participate in and lead product demonstrations at exhibitions.
- Act as a contact person for Product Managers and communicate and discuss the requirements of product use
**Skills & experience**
- Fluent in English both verbally and written
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A strong interest in medical IT
- Have excellent customer service skills as well as verbal, written, listening and presenting skills
- Experience in the use of PACS and its configuration
