Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:
- Technical Solutions Design
- Proposes technical solutions that meet or exceed client needs and expectations and complements delivery of Capgemini's SLAs.
- Synthesizes multiple requirements, ideas & solutions in order to manage complexity and deliver synergies.
- Articulates the proposed solution and benefits accurately and persuasively, reflecting the client's interests or concerns.
- Estimates maintenance costs that are realistic, based on effort required, value delivered, and client's expectations.
- Ensures that the solution aligns with Capgemini Group strategy.- 2. People Leadership- Plays a significant part in the recruitment / development of new people
- Leads and motivates multi-functional teams in dispersed or complex environments
- Motivates the team by generating a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere
- Is considered by team members as being firm, decisive and fair
- Is perceptive & sensitive to the needs of colleagues and offers help appropriately
- Actively encourages and assists the development of people- 3. Client Acquisition and Development- Anticipate clients needs, investigates the underlying causes and identifies short andlong term solutions
- Closes new deals, extensions and ad-hoc service aspects
- Focuses on developing long term partnerships with clients4. Service and Delivery- Sets and manages realistic and deliverable expectations with clients
- Develops new processes and methods
- Accurately forecasts and manages costs and profitability for own project or service
- Proactively develops and implements efficiency improvements
- Understands the needs of the client and balances them with those of Capgemini tolead to win-win situations
- Ensures documentation methods are appropriate and cost effective
Let's talk about your capability and experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience,
- Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge.
- Should have baseline skills in Financial Analysis
- In depth understanding of technical configuration, customization and integration concepts
Knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies.
Experience with Agile
- SAP FI
