About the Role:
Reporting to the General Manager-IT, you will be responsible for overseeing, developing, and optimising key business applications, including ERP, BI, and custom-developed software. The role ensures systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs, while also contributing to strategic IT planning.

Skills and Duties:
With an immediate start available, you will be required to:
- Own the end-to-end performance, reliability, and usability of key business applications to ensure they are fit-for-purpose and aligned with current and future business needs.
- Contribute technical oversight and guidance in projects and problem-solving, especially where deep understanding of ERP, BI, or software development is required.
- Manage or oversee delivery of major application changes, upgrades, and system integrations, ensuring value to the business.
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimise existing applications and business processes through automation, configuration, or new technologies.
- Maintain close working relationships with key departments to ensure systems are aligned with operational needs and strategic goals.
- Implement and maintain application governance frameworks, including access controls, licensing, data privacy, and audit readiness.
- Provide direction and support to internal staff and third-party vendors involved in application development and support.
- Work closely with the General Manager – IT to define and execute the applications strategy in line with the broader IT and business strategy.
- Have a strong commitment to safe work environment and continuous improvement
- Be a self-starter and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Essential Requirements:
- Degree qualifications in Information Technology
- Current driver's licence (C class minimum).
Desirable Requirements:
- ITIL Foundation
- Agile or Scrum certification
- BI platform certifications
- Cloud platform certifications
- DevOps or Software Development certifications
And most importantly … demonstrate a commitment to workplace safety and the safety of your co-workers
Those candidates successful in progressing past interview stage will be required to undergo a Pre-employment process including National Police Clearance and Medical Screening which includes drug and alcohol testing.
