**Job Description**:
**About the Role**

This role will ensure variety whilst operating in a team environment. The focus will be:

- Providing a high level of service to customers over the phone
- Accurate processing of sales orders
- Assisting the purchasing team as and when required to ensure stock levels are maintained
- Timely and accurate completion of branch admin tasks as and when required
- Working closely with our Account Managers and Warehouse team to ensure we supply Fasteners Fast

**Skills and experience**
- You are reliable and accountable with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple demographics
- An accomplished 'all-rounder' with a high level of customer service focus
- Experience within the Fastener, Building or Engineering sectors is a preference and highly regarded but not essential
- Excellent customer service skills and a multi-tasker who has a strong desire to win
- Accomplished computer skills are valued as is attention to detail and accuracy
