**Your new role awaits**

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced and talented Analyst to join our Agency Operations team. You will play an essential key role in the operational management and oversight of complex syndicated loans. You will have direct customer contact and take ownership of a portfolio where responsiveness, communication and organisation is key.

Using your eye for detail you will carry out all payment functions, cash flow administration, ensuring they are managed and recorded in the LoanIQ system in accordance with transaction documentation. Additionally, this role will involve documentation review and the opportunity to attend meetings with internal and external parties.

**Day to day you will**:

- Manage a portfolio of high value Syndicated deals
- Working closely with the Agency Relationship Managers to provide an efficient service to Borrowers and Syndicate Lenders
- Initiate all New Deals, Amendments, Utilisations, Rollovers and Fee Payments in the Loan IQ system
- Act as a first point of contact for syndicate lenders and Customers
- Input high value Swift and RTGS payments, ensuring they are processed within cut-offs for relevant currency
- Help design, support and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Daily reporting and ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Liaising with senior stakeholders, internally and externally

**Your skills & experience**:

- Proven system knowledge of Loan IQ, SWIFT and RTGS
- Experience in Syndicated Transactions and/ or Bilateral Loans in an operational position
- A Passion for Customers
- The ability to successfully manage competing agendas while driving positive business outcomes
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Risk adverse nature and the ability to follow established procedures
- Motivated and strives for excellence
- High attention to detail and ability to make independent decisions based on outlined limitations
