Our client is a standout firm located in the CBD. They are looking for an experienced Secretary / Assistant to step up in their career and work in Professional Indemnity insurance. This law firm have a deep understanding of the insurance industry and have specialised in this area of law for a number of years.

This exciting opportunity is to support a fantastic partner and group of lawyers in the Professional Indemnity practice group that are passionate about what they do You will benefit from working for a well-known growing law firm

**Responsibilities will include**:

- File administration
- Drafting general correspondence and court documents
- Diary and mail management
- Billing
- Involvement with client reporting
- Other general administrative duties as required

**About you**
You will have previous experience over 2 years as a Legal Secretary / Personal Assistant ideally within the insurance space. Excellent communication skills are required along with a warm nature to suit this group.
