**About Us**
Disability Living Inc. (DLi) has passionately served the local South Australian community for almost 40 years. From our humble beginnings of supporting young adults with disabilities, DLi has expanded its services to include behavioural support services for all ages, in-home support, supported independent living, short term accommodation, social and community inclusion services. Our team at DLi are dedicated to supporting people with disabilities to live their best-chosen lives.
**Your Role**
You will use your exceptional customer service skills to build trusting relationships with our staff, clients and families. Working in a supportive team, you will provide flexible, accurate, appropriate and timely allocation of resources to meet clients' service needs. You will be skilled in identifying where staffing resources are or are likely to be insufficient to meet need and communicate this to our Workforce Planning team. You will have a passion for continuous improvement, attention to detail, accurate data entry, high level organisation and time management which will ensure our clients receive the care and service they deserve.
**Your Experience**
You will bring a person-centred approach, placing the person at the centre of their service. You will work collaboratively, tailoring your approach to the needs of the individual. You will quickly establish rapport with clients and their families and have clear and effective communication skills. You will demonstrate experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
**Role Requirements**
- A Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Evidence of right to work in Australia
- Australian Driver's Licence
- NDIS Quality, Safety & You Orientation
