Our Supervisors and Duty Managers are responsible for the daily operations, ensuring superior levels of service are being met at all times.

This role, through leadership and motivation provides outstanding internal and external service in a friendly and timely manner. To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication skills and work well under pressure. You are the 'go to' person on all aspects of the club.

You will have extensive hospitality and staff management experience, or someone looking to take the next step in your Hospitality career. You are business and security focused being able to implement and ensure team members are following RSA and RCG guidelines of service. In this role, you will continuously check and supervise the quality of service, hygiene and safety, as per Club policies and relevant legislation.

You will need to be available days, nights and weekends.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28.87 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
