**We are searching for passionate and friendly individuals to join our Caves Beach Bar and Bungalows team in a casual capacity in our Front Office team.**

**About the Venue**

Caves Coastal Bar & Bungalows in nestled amongst the sand dunes at Caves Beach. Only an hour from Sydney or 40 minutes from Newcastle, Caves Coastal is the perfect location for delicious eats, decadent drinks and luxury accommodation. The hotel offers the perfect beachside venue for any event, specialising in weddings, corporate and social functions. With a paddock to plate ethos, the kitchen team are ready to offer the freshest and best local produce to every guest
- **ABOUT THE ROLE**_
- **Casual Front Office Receptionist**_
- The reception team are the face of our hotel, welcoming guests and ensuring they have everything they need for a fantastic stay. The reception team are the contact point for all guests and need to have great problem solving skills, a can-do attitude and the ability to provide a smooth check in and out process._
- Successful applicants will have:_
- availability to work on a rotating roster, including morning and night shifts, on weekends/public holidays if required.
- high attention to detail
- a customer focused attitude and be guest obsessed.
- exceptional communication skills and great telephone manner
- the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- up-selling experience
- high standards of personal presentation and professionalism
- previous experience in Hotels or Hospitality (desirable, but not essential)
- computer literacy

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $37.33 per hour
