- 255428Our Federal Government Client is seeking an ICT Project Coordination Officer.

This is a 12-month contract, with a potential extension. The location of work is in Canberra, and the working arrangements are a hybrid model with three days in the office and two days remote. The onboarding and training phase may require full-time attendance at the office.
- Providing direct support to the Project Manager for the SMS Project, including project coordination and logístical support during the procurement and initial implementation stages.
- Providing direct support to the internal Evaluation Committee (EC) to ensure all aspects of the procurement are completed efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with relevant rules and regulations.
- Developing associated procurement documentation, including records of assessment, meetings, negotiation sessions, demonstrations, and core decision documents.
- Planning, attending, and coordinating evaluation sessions (by the EC), demonstrations by potential suppliers, meetings, minutes, briefings, and other related coordination activities.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, as this position requires extensive stakeholder engagement and coordination within the ACMA and with key external stakeholders, including potential suppliers.
- High-level organizational and logístical skills.
- Project coordination experience and an understanding of project management, processes, methods, and governance. Qualifications in the project management domain will be well-regarded.
- An understanding of probity and confidentiality as it relates to government procurement.
