**ICT Project Officer**

This role will work within the ICT Projects team to deliver a Content Manager 9 and Shared Drive to SharePoint migration project - does this interest you?

Location: Canberra, Melbourne, and Launceston

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Providing administrative support to the Project Manager
- Coordinating and facilitating the exchange of information
- Performing data extraction activities from HPE Content Manager 9 using Print Merge and DataPort
- Engagement with end users, vendorsand ICT stakeholders
- Providing assistance toend users on the old to new mapping of SharePoint online
- Cleaning up records data
- Working with the project team to follow up processes, checking and reporting on progress
- Conducting research and analysis and report back to the Project Manager

**Skills required**:

- High level of computer literacy (MS Office, SharePoint, MS Teams, HPE Content Manager 9 or HPE Records Manager 8)
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated experience in communicating and engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work with broad supervision to determine and prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience working autonomously and managing competing demands.
- Be a self-starter and have the ability tofollow directions from the Project Manager.
- Be flexible and adaptable and to re-prioritise to respond to unforeseen issues.
- Excellent attention to detail.

**Job details**:
Initial contract duration: 6 Months with 6 months possible extensions

Remote Working: Opportunity to work flexible working hours, described as "flexibility with responsibility". Employees are required to spend between 40 and 60 per cent of their working hours in the office as agreed with their manager. Equipment (excluding laptop) will not be provided for remote working and remains the responsibility of the employee to source.

Covid 19 Vaccinations: The Specified Personnel is required to provide suitable proof of up-to-date vaccination status. There are exemptions to this condition for those persons who have a medical contraindication.

**Essential Criteria(Weighted)**
- Demonstrated problem identification and problem-solving skills, including the ability to record data, analyse and report the issue concisely in plain language.35 %
- Demonstrated ability to perform repetitive tasks, follow instructions and work as part of a team to deliver project deliverables for Information Management.35 %
- Experience with document extraction in Content Manager 9 or Records Manager 8; and experience with navigation and usage of SharePoint Online.30 %

**Mandatory Security Clearances**
- Australian Citizenship
- Must be able to obtain an AGSVA Baseline Level Security Clearance
- (Resided in Australia for a minimum period of 5 years)
- Must be able to provide a favourable police check*
