Delivering high-quality IT capability to a prominent Federal Government department requires the expertise of a skilled Project Support Officer.

This role involves working with our team to provide administrative and ICT-related tasks within Defence and the National Security Community.

As a Project Support Officer, you will have knowledge of Project Management Methodologies, demonstrated experience in ICT Project Support, TSPV Clearance, and familiarity with Commonwealth complex procurement processes.

The successful candidate will work under general direction to assist several team leads in delivering projects, providing effective administration, procurement, and finance support for technical projects.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with project planning, delivery, and work package management.
  • Supporting the implementation and maintenance of appropriate information management and record-keeping practices.
  • Assisting with risk, issue, and dependency management.
  • Procuring ICT-related goods and services for projects.
