Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Partnerships professional to join our team. The Head of Marketing and Partnerships will play a key role in shaping the brand's impact, championing innovation in service delivery, and advancing our position as the provider of choice for patients and referrers across our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing direction and leadership of the marketing function to enhance brand visibility and ensure effective communication of our brand and reputation;
Driving strategic referrer engagement and market growth to strengthen our position as a preferred provider;
Identifying new commercial opportunities and capturing new business prospects within the landscape;
Establishing key relationships with our medical professionals and executive committee to build trust and confidence in the effectiveness of our services.
Requirements:
Demonstrated leadership experience in contemporary and sophisticated marketing and communications;
Sound understanding of business development initiatives focused on strategic growth and market expansion;
Proven track record of delivering results-driven marketing campaigns;
Superior interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills;
Strong leadership abilities and advanced stakeholder engagement capabilities;
B2B and B2C experience in a comparably complex and regulated environment an advantage.

We are a respected health provider offering diagnostic and interventional radiology services throughout SA and Alice Springs. With over 60 doctors, 30 clinics, and circa 700 staff, we service thousands of patients each day.
