**Experience**:

- Previous Government experience at APS4 or above essential
- Previous exposure to or in health care sector highly desirable
- Strong administration and high attention to detail essential
- Development of minutes and briefs
- Monitoring of provider compliance with the conditions of registration
- Build rapport and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, work collaboratively and liaise with others to resolve issues.
- Other related/connected duties as required by the Agency
- Be accountable for their tasks and decisions.
- Work independently or under limited guidance in relation to complex or more difficult registration matters, including identifying and mitigating risks, to make sound recommendations.
- Undertake their work in a systematic and objective way and critically analyse and assess the suitability of providers to recommend decisions that are supported by evidence to the delegate.
- Keep systems and registers accurately updated to reflect the current status of work.
- Develop objectives for short-terms tasks and participating in planning for longer-term initiatives.
- Support and mentor staff within a small team environment to achieve goals by providing guidance and quality assurance for the registration process..
- Develop and maintain internal and external relationships. Liaise with stakeholders on policy, project or operational issues responding to stakeholder needs and expectations.
