We are seeking a passionate Clinician that is looking to step into a Team Leader role within our vibrant Prospect team and help bring our values to life.

**About your new role**

As a Better Rehab Team Leader, your day could include:

- Visiting NDIS participants, assessing their needs, designing therapy plans and advocating on their behalf
- Operational and clinical supervision of an engaged and collaborative discipline specific team
- Making a bigger difference to participants with a range of conditions, including neurological conditions, ASD, psychosocial and many more
- Helping participants from age 0 to 65, with opportunities to specialise
- Providing support with home modifications (complex and simple), equipment prescription and assistive technology
- Writing reports, adhering to NDIS requirements
- Onboarding of new staff members
- Assistance in growing referral numbers and waiting lists
- Liaising with support coordinators, local area coordinators and equipment providers
- Mentoring and quality assurance of junior clinical team members
- Celebrating your wins with participants, their families and your colleagues.

**About you**
- You are passionate about making a difference
- You have tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy or Psychology (Behaviour Support)
- 3+ years experience as an Clinician
- Experience leading discipline specific or MDT team is advantageous
- You embody Better Rehab's values
- You have your own car and a valid driver's license
- You can provide evidence of relevant registrations and proof of COVID vaccinations
