**About Our Client**:
Page Personnel has partnered with a Restoration company providing restoration services for Insurance repairs. Established in 2009, They have grown into a Preferred Builder for a significant number of National Insurance Companies.

The Key Duties of this role are.
- Schedule and maintain technician appointments.
- Liaise with Restoration Technicians.
- Review Technician reports and submit to Clients.
- Perform a range of administration duties and support to the team and clients.
- Provide job costings to clients.
- Establish and maintain relationships with our customers, clients and contractors regarding insurance claims.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Positive attitude who can multitask and work towards KP I's with Time management skills.
- Computer literate with Microsoft products and proficient typing ability with attention to detail.
- Excellent levels of customer service and phone manner.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Reliable and highly organised.
- Preferred experience with MY-OB, Prime and Ascora but this is not essential.
