Role Overview
This position plays a vital role in supporting the organization's mission of Arts for Social Change. The focus is on ensuring compliance and accuracy in claims and records, as well as overseeing day-to-day system requirements and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and confidential client databases.
- Manage monthly claims on behalf of the organization.
- Oversee and manage system requirements and processes for multiple sites.
- Identify and report gaps and risks related to service delivery.
- Prepare and process work using well-defined systems that provide evidence base required for claims and invoices.
- Manage records effectively.
- Reconcile NDIS receipts with NDIS portal claims.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have at least 2 years' experience in administration or client services with NDIS claims experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills. A strong work ethic, financial management skills, emotional intelligence, empathy, and analytical mind are essential.
Requirements:
- Australian working rights.
- Eligibility for NDIS Worker Clearance.
Job Type: Part-time, flexible hours, Monday to Friday.
