Our Implementation & Activation team are fully embedded within our Wavemaker client teams and accountable to the clients they work on.
The scope of the Implementation & Activation team covers the Implementation Planning and Activation of all media channels and touchpoints, with a focus on delivering connected, audience-first client outputs.Role OutlineThe Implementation & Activation Coordinator is a critical foundational role, establishing operational excellence and responsible for supporting day-to-day work that delivers effective campaigns, ensuring best-in-class consistent implementation, optimisation, and reporting.
Working very closely with your manager, you will produce best-in-class solutions, offer unparalleled service, and deliver against targets.Key RelationshipsCollaborating closely with internal teamsEstablishing strong relationships with relevant media, data, and technology partnersFostering deep trust and understanding with clientsContributing to great teamwork in your immediate teamYour ResponsibilitiesClientsEstablish an understanding of client challenges, objectives & initiatives.Help build on the agency's reputation for outstanding client service.Clear understanding of the in-scope services of your clients and the process for completing work above and beyond.Begin developing relationships with clients at a junior level, as it relates to activation.Proactively recommend tactics and opportunities that resolve client challenges and objectives.ProductEngage with our media partners to build knowledge of the media landscape and understanding of core media principles and the capabilities of each media touchpoint.Engage with internal product teams including GroupM proprietary solutions teams to ensure you have an understanding about their offerings and relevance to our clients.Bring innovation and creativity to the table, leveraging insights from across the market.Support the booking, loading, optimizing, material instruction, and tracking of client media campaigns, in line with marketplace best practice processes and ways of working, applying insightful context and immaculate attention to detail throughout.Support the construction of insightful and progressive post-analysis reports.Responsible for ensuring all financial and compliance processes are followed with 100% accuracy, including bookings and loadings, account queries, and monthly proforma checks.Seek to find, communicate, and implement improvements in all aspects of the role.Dedicate time to self-learning through reading industry publications, research papers, and online courses (including GroupM University and MFA).
