About The Role
In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the negotiation, execution, and lifecycle management of supplier contracts, with a laser focus on cost optimisation and performance.
Working closely with Sourcing, Legal, Finance, and Operations, you'll ensure all agreements align with our business strategy, compliance obligations, and scalability needs.
Key Responsibilities Include
Leading supplier contract negotiations and business reviewsDriving cost optimisation via consolidation, volume leverage, and benchmarkingAligning agreements with technical specifications, quality standards, and production timelinesMitigating commercial and manufacturing risks through robust contract termsMaintaining an accurate, secure, and searchable digital contract repositorySupporting strategic sourcing and RFP/RFQ processesMonitoring supplier compliance, performance metrics, and cost savings
About You
You're commercially astute, detail-focused, and confident in building stakeholder consensus.
You have a knack for turning contract terms into real-world supply chain results.
We're Looking For
Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Business, Law, or related field5+ years in contract management, procurement, or strategic sourcing (manufacturing experience highly regarded)Demonstrated success in supplier negotiations and cost reductionStrong understanding of legal frameworks, compliance, and risk managementExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
