**About the Role**
Be part of a values-driven organisation that support the implementation and administration of enterprise-wide records management including policies and procedures.
**Key activities**:
- Contribute to the ongoing implementation of an Information Governance Framework, including information management policies, tools and processes.
- Support the implementation of an Enterprise Information Management Plan.
- Administer various information management systems, including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams for documents and records.
- Contribute to an information management change management and training program.
- Coordinate the disposal of records in accordance with approved retention and disposal schedules.
- Ensure appropriate access to information through control, storage, etc.
- Promote best practice information management practices within the organisation.
- Contribute to identifying potential enhancements to the intranet and manage list of requirements that may lead to work to improve sections of the intranet or deliver new tools through the intranet.
- Contribute to the management of the Group's Policy Framework and supporting documents and processes.
**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in business information systems, Information Management or experience deemed the equivalent.

- Advanced SharePoint
- Advanced Microsoft Teams
- Advanced M365
- Knowledge management tools
- Advanced Microsoft Office
**_Skills & Experience:_**
**_Experience in Information Management including skills in:_**
- Information Governance
- Information risk and quality management
- Document and records management, including implementing, configuring and managing a compliant enterprise-wide Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution
- Archival management - managing records in accordance with Retention and Disposal Schedules.
- Provision of effective, efficient and professional advice to ensure that Information Management requirements and responsibilities are managed at a corporate level
- Support to develop, deliver and maintain effective training schedules, methods and content to ensure information management system is compliant to the legislation and utilised by all staff.
**About you**
- A pragmatic, agile 'can do' approach to meeting time and quality requirements in a commercial and challenging business environment.
- Experience in developing presentations and facilitating workshops at team levels.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with an ability to engage and influence both business and technical people.
- Ability to contribute knowledge in establishing procedures in the work area.
- Demonstrated time management skills including the ability to plan and organise own work to achieve set and agreed performance and service standards.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and work within a team environment to achieve agreed outcomes.
