Our services are progressively growing as we work on innovative ways to continue our quality disability service delivery and we are now seeking a new team member to join our workforce coordination team as our new rostering and admin superstar So if you are a Change Maker, Tradition Shaker and Action Taker we want to hear from you

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Experience in creating and maintaining rosters.
- An in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to quickly learn computer programs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Create and manage Master Rosters and Co-ordinating day-to-day rostering requirements across sites.
- Escalate any shifts that are unable to be filled and/or service issues within appropriate time frames and procedures.
- Ability to quickly form relationships and work within a team environment.
- Ability to work towards strict deadlines.
- Reliable and hard working
- Time management skills
- Monitor staff restrictions to ensure compliance.
- Ensure that rostering guidelines, payroll, and HR processes are adhered to (including recruitment and screening)
- Liaise with staff on rostering queries.

**The "Essentials"**
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of rostering and scheduling processes
- Experienced in supporting staffing and associated HR requirements
- Good knowledge and understanding of the NDIS
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work in a highly productive, fast paced environment
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- Highly developed computer literacy
- Minimum two years' experience in disability/aged care, rostering and administration (desirable however not essential)
- Valid work rights in Australia
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC
- A current driver's license.
- Demonstrated experience/knowledge in working with people with disability.
- Be comfortable working independently as well as an active team member

**Salary**: $30.46 - $31.00 per hour
