Job Title: Workforce and Roster Coordinator

We are seeking a key member of our Operations team to provide resources for the maintenance, servicing, and repairs of conveyor systems. This role involves planning, monitoring, and implementing rosters to suit the needs of the business, as well as maintaining accurate records and reports.

  • Provide resources for maintenance, servicing, and repairs of conveyor systems.
  • Plan, monitor, and implement rosters to meet business needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Support and implement our systems and values.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals.

Requirements:

  • Ability to plan and schedule resources effectively.
  • Excellent consultation and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Commitment to the highest WHSE standards.
  • Knowledge of the conveyor industry is highly regarded.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office experience (1 year preferred).
  • Administration experience (3 years preferred).

Location: Based at Beresfield, New South Wales.
