**The opportunity**

Your role supports UniSuper doing this by helping plan and manage the flow of work through Delivery and Information (D&I) so that we can deliver the IT and Business change required to service member needs.
- Co-ordinating submission of new initiatives
- Helping shape the ongoing portfolio of work by identifying the dependencies, constraints, do-ability, and business priority of potential initiatives
- Leading the discovery and concept-phase planning for proposed initiatives as an input to pipeline planning
- Gathering resource demand for BAU work
- Running pipeline planning to confirm the do-ability of new initiatives and the ongoing viability of inflight work
- Engaging resource teams and projects to work through capacity shortfall and resource contention

**About you**

We are looking for an individual who has worked in fast moving transformation environment and is comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity.
- Experience in any aspect of project delivery, project administration and / or business analysis
- Any previous role in IT planning, demand management, workforce planning and / or portfolio planning
- Strong Excel and / or PowerBI skills
- Helping ensure UniSuper delivers the portfolio of work as planned and meets the financial year spending targets
- Identifying resource contention early enough to develop and execute effective plans to course correct and maintain planned delivery cadence
- Timely completion of action plans to address resource contention
