About the program
Two positions available, with commencement dates negotiable pending graduation or finalisation of your education program. Our program enables our graduates to achieve their career goals and provide a pathway for future leaders in Legal Aid Queensland and the public sector.
As graduate in Grants you will gain valuable business administration experience across a range of areas including policy, projects, training, audit, compliance, invoicing, and operations. You will be responsible for a range of administrative activities that will provide you with broad foundational skills to move to other roles within the Division. You can create a career in Grants, with ample opportunities for career progression and interesting and challenging work.
During the 12-month program you will complete rotations in four business areas:

- Policy/projects,
- Compliance/invoicing and
- Administration/operations.

What we are looking for
We are looking for driven graduates from a variety of disciplines who are passionate about social justice.
If you have graduated or due to graduate from your university degree or TAFE qualification between 1 January 2022 and February 2025 and want to make a difference for vulnerable Queenslanders, we'd love to hear from you.
You will have;
