Your Opportunity
- Provide high-quality grant management support functions, including business system administration, contract administration, financial management and record management.
- Offer authoritative advice to senior management on effective grants management, financial management, funding and budget administration.
The Grant Manager will lead a multi-functional team to support early childhood programs through grants and contract administration, ensuring accountability and high-quality client service.
They will identify emerging issues and provide strategic advice on grant management practices to support program delivery.
The Grant Manager will build relationships with peers, senior management and stakeholders to ensure grant management outcomes align with the Division's strategic direction.
About You
- Experience leading a high-quality grants or finance function.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor a multifunctional team.
- Innovative and collaborative approach.
The ideal candidate has an understanding of Queensland's kindergarten funding arrangements and regulated Early Childhood Education and Care contexts.
