**About the Role**:
You will work with the Head of Features & Television, Producers and Artists to coordinate the operational requirements of the daily workflow. You will ensure deliverables are being
tracked and established targets and milestones are communicated and met. This position will liaise with clients, answer their enquiries and relay messages between clients,
production and team members.

**Your key duties and responsibilities will be, but are not limited to**:

- Assist with quoting, scheduling and setting up projects in Odoo and Shotgrid
- Scheduling of internal & external resources
- Assisting Producers with crew & resources for contracting, scheduling and
timesheets
- Project management from confirmation to delivery
- Organise dailies, rounds and project meetings
- Ensure teams are clear on daily delivery objectives and time logs reflect usage
- Ensure effective communication and continual team updates
- Ensure project scope, status and completion information up to date
- Monitoring and controlling progress, issues and preparing reports
- Additional functions or requirements as deemed appropriate by management

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-4 years experience within the VFX or feature film industry is a plus
Excellent scheduling and task management skills
- Understanding of the visual effects processes and equipment including asset
development, layout, matte painting, animation, fx, lighting and compositing
- Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to problem solve
effectively in a fast paced environment
- Ability to liaise and collaborate with clients, artists and producers
- Outcome driven and highly efficient
- Ability to operate autonomously as well as a part of a team
- Highly energetic and people-oriented
